Making a purchase
We (Petite Bijouterie) will acknowledge all orders received, either by telephone or email but this is to indicate that your order has been received and does not indicate that a contract exists between us. If the item you have selected is no longer available you will be advised and alternatives may be suggested.
Descriptions of items are those commonly given by the trade and given names by ourselves. All items are priced in accordance with actual content, quantity of stones used and type of finishing.
Goods will only be despatched once payment is received in full. All prices quoted exclude VAT and postage and packing.
Delivery
We will do our best to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. All items are carefully packaged and sent by Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' at a cost to you of £4.90 which is added to the final price of your order, unless your order exceeds £150, in which case postage will be FREE. Please allow 2 - 7 working days for delivery and contact us by telephone or email if your order has not arrived within this time.
For overseas postage, please contact us for confirmation of international delivery charges.
Guarantee and Returns
We hope that you will be absolutely delighted with your jewellery. If for any reason you are not, please notify us immediately and you may return the goods unworn within 7 days and we will be happy to offer an exchange. Please note that earrings cannot be returned. We cannot be held responsible for any damaged or lost returns. Therefore we recommend that you return the goods well packaged and via a signed postal service for your own proof of delivery.

All items are despatched to you in perfect condition. We cannot accept responsibility for breakages. Please note, some natural stones contain weaknessess which are often undetectable but with prolonged wear or under impact may break. We are happy to repair worn or broken items for a small fee. See 'Repairs and Remodelling'
